Nigel and Valerie welcome you to their home for Bed & Breakfast. Sensible prices, excellent food and expert local knowledge await your stay. If you are not familiar with the area we will be happy to guide you on what you should see and how to get there. With many years experience running a B&B we know all about the high levels of quality people expect and can deliver this in the food, surrounding and atmosphere you will experience here.
Our Bungay B&B is a central location for you to visit the Norfolk Broads, Beccles Norwich and the beach at Southwold and Greater Yarmouth.
Welcome to our house. Use it as a base to see the local area or further afield. There are walks directly from the house in to the town or countryside with its many typical old Suffolk houses, pubs, meadows and river.
You can use our living room and conservatory. Both offer views across the valley as the house is set on top of a rare Suffolk hill.
Rooms & Rates
All our rooms are light and spacious. Whether you need a twin, double or en-suite room we can accommodate your needs. One room is all on one level with no steps including access. Additionally, all rooms have Wi-Fi and are surrounded by our lovely country garden.
Room 1 – Double Room, En Suite
Our downstairs en-suite room is situated near the front door with no steps, for easy access. It is surrounded by a mature, well-stocked country garden. It benefits from in-room coffee and tea, Wi-Fi access, and in-room television.
Rate: £100 per room, £65 single occupancy (B&B)

The upstairs twin room has a long window with a great view over the front garden. It has Wi-Fi access and access to a shared shower room on the same level.
